Refund Policy
If you are not 100 percent satisfied for a period of up to 30 days after your purchase, we are here to help.
Our mission is “Happy Customers” and we will do our very best to apply this policy to you by offering either a discount on your next purchase, refund or a replacement. We want to make you happy and if it isn’t right, we will do our best to make it as painless as possible to make it right.
If there is a product defect – send us a picture and we will make it right.
If you received the wrong product – send us a picture and we will make it right.
If your order hasn’t shown up, send us a note and we will call in the hound dogs and track it down. Either we will find it, make it right, or both.
If none of the above work you can mail it back to us and we will refund the full cost of the product minus shipping costs.
