If there is a product defect – send us a picture and we will make it right.
If you received the wrong product – send us a picture and we will make it right.
If your order hasn’t shown up, send us a note and we will call in the hound dogs and track it down. Either we will find it, make it right, or both.
If none of the above work you can mail it back to us and we will refund the full cost of the product minus shipping costs.
